We ship Australia-wide and internationally to most countries worldwide.
Domestic & express shipping is available at checkout. International shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
Please note: international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, email us at hello@kozolabel.com. Once your return is approved, we'll send through instructions. Items sent back without prior approval won't be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you on approval. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If it's been more than 15 business days since approval and you haven't received your refund, contact us at hello@kozolabel.com.
Import Taxes & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer, payable upon delivery to your local customs authority.
