Shipping policy

Welcome to Kozo Label. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched the same day if placed before 12pm AWST (Perth, Western Australia). Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the following business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During high volume periods such as sales, new launches, and holidays, there may be slight delays. We will always communicate any delays via email.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post. We offer Standard shipping with an estimated delivery time of 3–7 business days, and Express shipping with an estimated delivery time of 1–3 business days. Free standard shipping is automatically applied at checkout on all Australian orders over $160 AUD. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Remote areas may take longer than the times stated above.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide via Australia Post International. Estimated delivery times vary by destination. Orders to New Zealand typically arrive within 5–10 business days. Orders to the USA and Canada typically arrive within 10–20 business days. Orders to the UK and Europe typically arrive within 10–20 business days. Orders to the rest of the world typically arrive within 10–25 business days.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Kozo Label has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend checking with your local customs office prior to placing an order if you have any concerns.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to track your order at any time via the Australia Post website.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe please contact us at kozolabel@gmail.com and we will investigate with Australia Post on your behalf.
